In the city of Salvador da Bahia, almost 2/3 of the population lives close to or below the poverty line, with a lack of health care, work, transport, education and leisure. They live on the outskirts of the city in the periphery, also called "bairro".

The biggest victims of this harrowing poverty, caused by an unjust distribution of goods, are the children.

The project is situated in the lower town of Salvador da Bahia and has various fields of action. We work with a large number of health care volunteers for children between 0 and 6 years.

There is an extensive work within the prison system and the reception of former prisoners.
In addition, there is also an operation for supporting various educational neighborhood centers for children and the homeless.

There is also a political action group with representation on different governmental councils such as the Child Council, the Human Rights Council, the Health Council, the Food Safety Council, etc ...
